Client Care Advisor – 6‑Month Mission

About the role

CHANEL is seeking a Client Care Advisor for a six‑month fixed‑term mission. You will be the first point of contact for luxury clients, delivering personalized assistance through phone, WhatsApp and email while embodying the brand’s heritage and values.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries independently across phone, WhatsApp and email, providing prompt and accurate solutions.
• Assess each case against company policies and, when necessary, prepare proposals for senior review.
• Maintain high service standards, ensuring a differentiated CHANEL experience at every touchpoint.
• Build long‑term client relationships by going the extra mile and prioritising client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with boutique staff and internal functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Guide clients through product information, troubleshooting and navigation of CHANEL’s service catalog.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate functional teams, delivering clear handovers and actionable insights.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of empathy and professionalism.
• Deep interest in luxury fashion and a solid understanding of CHANEL’s products and heritage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases and solve problems proactively.
• Collaborative mindset to partner effectively with boutiques and internal stakeholders.
