Client Consultant – Business Setup & Tax Advisory

About the role

The Business Setup and Tax Advisory firm in Dubai is looking for a proactive Client Consultant/Manager to act as the main point of contact for corporate clients. You will guide clients through company formation, licensing, visa processing, bank account opening and related advisory services while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients and manage all account‑related matters.
• Coordinate company formation, visa, licensing, and bank account opening with Free Zones, DED/DET, banks and other authorities.
• Provide regular progress updates and address client concerns or escalations promptly.
• Prepare quotations, issue invoices and follow up on payments.
• Maintain accurate client records, generate status reports and support internal teams for smooth service delivery.
• Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and provide Russian translation support when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, Taxation, Compliance or a related field.
• Previous experience in business setup, corporate services or client/account management in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE Free Zone and Mainland company formation procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Russian or Italian is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
