Client Onboarding Specialist – KYC (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

ATFX MENA is looking for a detail‑oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to manage the full onboarding lifecycle for high‑net‑worth clients in the MENA region. The role focuses on KYC/AML reviews, due diligence and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding process, from document collection to account activation for new HNWI clients.
• Conduct KYC, CDD and EDD reviews, including PEP, sanctions, adverse media and background screening.
• Identify, flag and escalate risk factors such as PEP status, sanctions exposure and complex ownership structures.
• Review source of funds/wealth documentation and maintain audit‑ready records.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Sales and Operations to resolve onboarding issues and improve turnaround times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, Compliance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in KYC, AML, compliance or client onboarding within brokerage/forex.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong attention to detail.
