Client Relations & Back‑up Sales Executive

About the role

Cloud Spaces is looking for a Client Relations Executive with back‑up sales responsibilities. The role combines customer‑facing duties in a premium coworking environment with support for sales and centre operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
• Manage client onboarding, check‑ins, ongoing engagement and proactively resolve inquiries.
• Support the Centre Manager in achieving occupancy and revenue targets by following up on leads, conducting tours and upselling memberships.
• Maintain accurate client records, sales pipeline updates and CRM data.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support, including reception coverage, invoicing, billing administration and contract documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in client relations, customer service, hospitality or sales support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional presence.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (and other Office applications).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic billing or invoicing processes.
