Client Relationship Associate – Retail Banking (Dubai/Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Client Relationship Associate to support our Retail Banking operations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will act as the primary point of contact for elite clients, ensuring a seamless, high‑quality service experience while handling queries, requests and service needs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for elite clients, managing an assigned portfolio and responding to inquiries promptly.
• Conduct outbound interactions (calls/meetings) to maintain engagement and capture feedback for improving Net Promoter Score.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities across credit cards, loans, mortgages, investments, wealth products and bancassurance, and generate qualified leads for Relationship Managers.
• Process customer requests (account services, onboarding, digital journeys) within defined turnaround times while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain KYC, Emirates ID and passport validity, and flag any risk indicators.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, product, operations and external partners to deliver a 360‑degree service experience.
• Handle complaints and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and high service standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under defined timelines.
• Good understanding of retail banking products and services.
• Ability to analyse customer needs and propose relevant financial solutions.
• Experience in handling KYC documentation and regulatory compliance.
