Client Relationship Management - Senior Analyst

About the role

Marsh is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Health Insurance Department in Dubai. This hybrid position requires at least three days per week in the office and focuses on managing a portfolio of health and benefits clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned health insurance accounts, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
• Consult with clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of their businesses through research, benchmarking studies, and risk mapping.
• Identify client needs, anticipate challenges, and recommend health insurance solutions aligned with objectives and market conditions.
• Manage end‑to‑end account activity, including service requests, billing, renewal planning, policy changes, and deliverable coordination.
• Monitor policy performance metrics and conduct quarterly business reviews to discuss outcomes and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure appropriate expertise is applied and client communications are clear.
• Capture relationship insights and feedback, supporting continuous improvement and cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in client relationship or account management within insurance, health insurance, or employee benefits.
• Strong consultative and communication skills to translate client needs into practical solutions.
• Proven organizational and time‑management abilities, handling renewals, deadlines, and multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail when working with policy documents, performance metrics, and reporting.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
