Client Relationship Officer – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, Arabic‑speaking Client Relationship Officer to act as the main point of contact for participants in a sports championship. The role involves guiding schools and other parties through the registration process, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience throughout the event.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all participating parties and maintain strong relationships with their representatives.
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to confirm registrations and follow up with incomplete applications.
• Assist schools in resolving registration issues and guide them through the process.
• Respond to inquiries about schedules, eligibility, participation requirements and other event‑related matters.
• Provide accurate information, ensure timely callbacks, and deliver high‑standard customer service.
• Maintain detailed records of all communications and interactions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in relationship management, customer service, account management or stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, Sports Management or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM or registration systems.
