About the role
The Client Relationship Officer (CRO) will act as the operational specialist for clients after an engagement is confirmed. Working closely with consultants, the CRO ensures a smooth onboarding experience and manages all subsequent free‑zone related activities, from company formation to visa processing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Coordinate free‑zone company formation, licensing and documentation.
- Oversee visa applications and post‑incorporation support.
- Facilitate internal coordination between consulting, legal and operations teams.
- Ensure quality and service excellence throughout the client journey.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in UAE company formation or corporate services.
- Hands‑on experience with free‑zone licensing and visa processes.
- Strong client communication and relationship‑management abilities.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and operational trackers.
