Client Service Associate - Part-Time

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Client Service Associate to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a small to medium retail store. The role combines merchandising, financial oversight, staff supervision and customer relationship management to achieve sales performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee merchandising, financial management and overall store operations, ensuring sales goals are met.
• Supervise front‑end, back‑end and sales‑floor activities, including scheduling, overtime approval and resource allocation.
• Identify and address team development needs using the organization’s formal framework, providing training and coaching.
• Aggregate and analyse customer issues, develop response strategies and manage customer orders.
• Set personal and team performance objectives, track progress with performance management systems and communicate local action plans aligned with corporate strategy.
• Present complex product and service solutions, negotiate terms and seek senior support when required.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, conduct analyses of budget progress and ensure compliance with health, safety and environment policies.
• Develop relationship‑management plans for existing and potential accounts, seeking opportunities to grow revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven managerial experience in planning, resource management and achieving specified objectives.
• Ability to advise and support colleagues in most situations.
