Client Solutions Executive – Cash & Trade (IBG)

About the role

The Client Solutions Executive will drive cash and trade business growth for FAB across the UAE, partnering with coverage teams to deliver innovative financing solutions and enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop cash and trade opportunities across multiple industry segments.
• Lead new‑business initiatives for cash and trade products in collaboration with relationship managers.
• Design and implement bespoke open‑account solutions, including supply‑chain finance and receivable financing.
• Structure complex trade and cash‑management deals and respond to RFPs.
• Generate CASA liquidity solutions that increase deposit balances.
• Manage fraud and compliance risks associated with cash and trade transactions.
• Promote digital channel adoption for existing and new customers.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of cash and trade opportunities and coordinate with coverage teams on credit proposals.
• Ensure service delivery excellence and act as a liaison with regional stakeholders for cross‑border transactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cash management, trade finance, or related banking services.
• Strong analytical and consultative approach to client needs.
• Ability to work closely with coverage teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in cash and trade.

• Cash and Trade product knowledge.
• Deal structuring and RFP response expertise.
