Clinic Administrator (Emirati)

About the role

Provide comprehensive and professional administrative support to the Physician Clinics, enabling nursing and medical staff to focus on quality clinical care. The role involves supporting clinic physicians, managing patient administration, and ensuring efficient stock and insurance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administration support to Clinic Physicians.
• Provide patient administration support in the outpatient setting.
• Ensure clinical and non‑clinical stock is sufficient and effectively controlled.
• Actively promote patient satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and correct medical insurance information for patients.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Grade 12).
• At least 1 year experience in an administrative or similar position in a healthcare setting.
• Preference given to Emirati candidates in line with the UAE Emiratization program.

Required skills

• Basic medical terminology.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of patient care support procedures.
• Understanding of insurance claim procedures.
• Stock control principles and management.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
