About the role

The Clinic Administrator provides comprehensive and professional administrative support to physician clinics, enabling nursing and medical staff to concentrate on delivering high‑quality clinical care. This role ensures smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and effective resource management within the outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to clinic physicians.
• Handle patient administration tasks in the outpatient environment.
• Maintain sufficient clinical and non‑clinical stock and control inventory.
• Promote patient satisfaction through responsive service.
• Keep patients' medical insurance information up to date and accurate.

Required profile

• Essential: High School Diploma or equivalent (Grade 12).
• Desired: Secretarial Diploma.
• Essential: Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Desired: Additional experience in healthcare administration.

Required skills

• Basic medical terminology.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of patient care support procedures.
• Understanding of insurance claim procedures.
• Stock control principles and management.
