About the role
The Clinic Telesales role is a full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to inform potential and existing clients about clinic services, promotions, and appointment availability.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing information on services and promotions.
- Schedule appointments and communicate availability to clients.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and support abilities.
- Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills.
- Solid sales capability to convert leads and upsell treatments.
- Quick learning of clinic services and adherence to scripts.
- Prior experience in telesales or call centre preferred.
- Arabic speaking required.
