A leading healthcare organization in Dubai is looking for a Clinical Quality Analyst who is a UAE national. The role suits someone with strong experience in hospital quality management and healthcare performance improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate clinical quality standards within the hospital
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Conduct audits and support quality improvement initiatives
- Analyze performance data and prepare quality reports
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient care standards
Required profile
- UAE National (Emirati)
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Public Health or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a hospital setting
