Clinical Training Instructor – 2 Vacancies

About the role

The Clinical Training Instructor will join Ajman University’s medical faculty to help create a safe, student‑centered clinical learning environment. Working under the supervision of senior faculty, you will assist in planning, delivering and evaluating practical training for medical students.

Key responsibilities

• Support faculty in designing lesson plans, laboratory manuals and instructional resources for clinical sessions.
• Deliver selected teaching activities, including demonstrations, simulations, role‑playing and discussions.
• Facilitate clinical skills laboratory sessions and supervise students during hands‑on practice.
• Provide individual and small‑group academic support to reinforce learning outcomes.
• Monitor student participation, give feedback to faculty and help maintain laboratory equipment and simulation resources.
• Coordinate assessment activities, organize written, practical and clinical examinations, and manage the Progress Test and IFOM examination logistics.
• Maintain confidential examination records and assist with candidate registration and post‑exam documentation.
• Support the admission process for prospective medical students, including scheduling and documentation.

Required profile

• Ability to work under the supervision of faculty members and follow established academic policies.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of examination data.
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating examinations and admission activities.
