Club Lounge F&B Service Attendant

About the role

The Club Lounge F&B Service Attendant joins the luxury Club Lounge team at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi. You will deliver legendary food and beverage experiences, ensuring every guest feels valued and enjoys impeccable service in a premium setting.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise guest loyalty and satisfaction through attentive service.
• Implement and uphold Legendary Quality Experience (LQE) standards.
• Provide wine and dining recommendations to guests.
• Set up, stock and maintain beverage and self‑service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the Mandarin Club Lounge.
• Prepare and present the breakfast buffet, seat guests and deliver breakfast and drink service.
• Replenish buffet items, clear and reset tables promptly.
• Prepare and serve drinks and cocktails with accuracy.
• Keep the pantry and lounge areas in perfect order throughout the shift.
