Cluster Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

About the role

As a Cluster Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition you will lead the attraction, identification and hiring of top talent across the Banyan Tree Dubai cluster. Working closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, you will ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment activities across the cluster, from manpower planning to onboarding.
• Partner with department heads and HR leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, agencies, career fairs and referrals.
• Conduct screening, competency‑based interviews and assessments in line with recruitment standards.
• Manage offer processes, pre‑employment documentation, background checks and joining formalities.
• Lead employer‑branding initiatives and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and educational institutions.
• Provide regular recruitment analytics and reports on vacancies, time‑to‑fill, source of hire and costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or a service‑driven industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and familiarity with UAE labour law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude with a passion for people.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS systems.
