Cluster Assistant Sales Manager

About the role

AccorHotel is seeking a proactive Cluster Assistant Sales Manager to support the Director of Sales in driving revenue across its Dubai portfolio. The role focuses on market research, client acquisition, and coordination with internal departments to enhance guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a library of market references, stay updated on trends and hotel selling techniques.
• Continuously research market sources, influences, and client travel patterns.
• Conduct sales trips to promote the hotel and generate new business.
• Build and nurture relationships with airlines, travel agencies, commercial partners, and professional networks.
• Review and update internal promotional materials to ensure visual effectiveness and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage to organise special promotions that boost F&B sales.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping on reservations, inquiries, and guest complaints.
• Supervise and manage the Sales Department team, ensuring performance standards are met.

Required profile

• Discipline, self‑motivation and a positive attitude.
• Passion for guest experience and satisfaction.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role within an upscale hotel.
• Graduate of a Hotel or Business School with a Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
