Cluster Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Accor is looking for a Cluster Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of digital marketing and e‑commerce initiatives for its Novotel and ibis hotels in Dubai. The role will drive performance across direct and indirect digital channels, boost brand visibility and support the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual digital marketing strategy and budget for the hotel cluster.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, PR, F&B and Corporate Marketing to align digital activities with the overall commercial plan.
• Design and execute quarterly and yearly e‑commerce plans for direct booking engines and third‑party platforms.
• Manage all digital channels including SEO/SEA, paid media, social media, CRM/email campaigns, display advertising, programmatic buying, influencer partnerships and Metasearch.
• Monitor performance, analyse KPIs and ROI, and produce regular reports to inform decision‑making.
• Oversee content production and ensure brand‑consistent presence across key social platforms.
• Lead the CRM strategy and coordinate with third‑party providers.
