Cluster Director eCommerce & Distribution

About the role

The Cluster Director eCommerce & Distribution will lead the digital presence of the Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel and its sister properties within the Minor Hotels portfolio. Reporting to senior commercial leadership, you will be responsible for shaping and executing eCommerce and distribution strategies that drive bookings, revenue and brand visibility across all online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce and digital distribution strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Ensure optimal, up‑to‑date content for the hotel and designated properties across all electronic distribution platforms, including OTAs and brand websites.
• Establish and maintain best practices for managing Online Travel Agents and coordinate partner agencies for seamless execution of eCommerce activities.
• Lead SEO and content optimisation initiatives to maximise visibility on search engines and booking channels.
• Conduct feasibility studies, ROI analysis and recommend actions to improve ranking and revenue generation.
• Measure, analyse and report eCommerce performance, providing tactical recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a large luxury hotel (minimum 500 rooms) with a strong digital focus.
• Pre‑opening experience is an advantage.
• Deep understanding of online travel agency ecosystems and digital marketing within the hospitality sector.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
