Cluster Director of Human Resources

About the role

As the Cluster Director of Human Resources you will lead HR strategy and operations for a group of hotels, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences through strong people practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning and labor cost optimisation.
• Manage training programmes, performance evaluations, succession planning and leadership development.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling and labour contract compliance.
• Establish and enforce HR policies, wage and benefit administration, and workplace safety regulations.
• Develop and manage the HR budget to support efficient hotel operations.
• Drive engagement, recruitment and retention through performance management, professional development and recognition programmes.
