Cluster Environmental Health and Safety Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead a team that ensures compliance with corporate and local food safety, environmental, health and safety regulations for our hotel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and annually review EHS and food safety manuals.
• Lead and participate in EHS, HACCP, ISO, sustainability and OHSMS audits, providing guidance on corrective actions.
• Monitor audit results, analyse trends and implement action plans to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Investigate incidents, document root causes and drive preventive measures.
• Assess training needs, create materials and deliver EHS and food safety training programmes.
• Audit suppliers and contractors for compliance with EHS and food safety standards.
• Track changes in local sustainability, health, safety and food safety legislation and update internal procedures.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and enforce corrective actions.
• Manage all EHS documentation, including manuals, policies, procedures and logs.
• Collaborate on corporate social responsibility initiatives and oversee Rotana Earth programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in EHS management within the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and OHSMS frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, investigative and report‑writing abilities.
• Leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Ability to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
