Cluster Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Cluster Human Resources Executive to support the Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The role assists management and the leadership team in handling employee relations, recruitment compliance, and HR administration across the cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, including resolution and follow‑up.
• Support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving HR issues.
• Monitor hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
• Inform HR management of employee‑relations issues.
• Respond to employee and manager questions about HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
• Disseminate information related to employer‑employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies.
• Review and ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and files (interview documents, I‑9s).
• Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
• Answer phone calls, record messages, and provide professional telephone etiquette.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Follow company safety and security policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and guests.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships to support team goals.
• Enter and locate work‑related information using computers or point‑of‑sale systems.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related HR work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
