Cluster Marketing Executive

About the role

The Cluster Marketing Executive supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives for Fairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah, ensuring brand consistency and driving awareness, engagement and revenue across both properties.

Key responsibilities

• Implement approved marketing plans, campaigns and promotions for both hotels, coordinating activities across rooms, F&B, spa and events.
• Manage brand collateral, ensuring all materials follow Fairmont and Accor brand guidelines and liaising with external designers, printers and photographers.
• Support digital and social media efforts, maintaining content calendars, creating captions and visuals, and preparing monthly performance reports.
• Update website content, monitor accuracy across online platforms and assist with PR initiatives, media visits and influencer collaborations.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations and post‑campaign evaluations while providing administrative support to the Cluster Director of Sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within hospitality or luxury brands.
• Experience with multi‑property or cluster roles is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
