Cluster Reservation Agent Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Cluster Reservation Agent will support the Reservations department of Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort, ensuring smooth booking processes and delivering exceptional service to Arabic‑speaking guests.

Key responsibilities

• Process all reservation requests and inquiries within 24 hours, following company SOPs.
• Drive upselling and achieve monthly revenue targets by promoting rates, packages and sister properties.
• Monitor and reconfirm expected arrivals 1, 3 and 7 days prior, handling trace and follow‑up reports.
• Maintain accurate administrative records to prevent double‑bookings, non‑guaranteed bookings and filing errors.
• Apply hotel policies on no‑shows, cancellations, credit and pre‑payment.
• Stay updated on room types, rates, food & beverage outlets, spa, and other facilities.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and coordinating with Sales, Group Sales and Front Desk.
• Promote Minor International sister properties and liaise with Accounting as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.
• Knowledge of local seasonality and events.
