CNC Machine Operator – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our production team in Ajman. You will operate CNC bridge saw and waterjet cutting machines to shape porcelain, marble, and stone components for our ceramic tiles and sanitary ware product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and adjust CNC bridge saw and waterjet machines according to production orders.
• Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and cutting layouts to ensure accurate cuts.
• Inspect finished parts for quality compliance and report any defects.
• Optimize material usage to reduce waste and meet daily production targets.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Document equipment issues and communicate production concerns promptly.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience operating CNC and waterjet cutting machines.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for reading technical drawings.
• Experience with porcelain, marble, granite, or engineered stone is preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a workshop environment and follow quality standards.
