CNC Router Operator & Programmer (Full‑time, Dubai)

About the role

CTF Consoles is seeking a CNC Router Operator and Programmer to join its modern manufacturing floor in Dubai. You will set up, program, and run CNC router machines to produce components for technical furniture used in control rooms, media suites and broadcast facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Load and secure raw materials, select appropriate cutting tools, and configure machine parameters.
• Enter, adjust, or generate CNC programs based on engineering drawings and production schedules.
• Monitor machine operation, verify dimensional accuracy, and inspect finished parts.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimise toolpaths and improve production efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of CNC router operation and programming, including reading technical drawings and CNC codes.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software for tool‑path generation and design adjustments.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials (wood, composites, metals) and machining techniques.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges and tape measures for quality checks.
• Familiarity with workshop safety standards and a commitment to safe working practices.
