Collection Supervisor – Fresh Emirati Graduates

About the role

ENOC is seeking ambitious UAE nationals who have recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. As a Collection Supervisor, you will lead the collections function for ENOC Lubes Sales & Marketing, ensuring timely receipt of payments and supporting healthy cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily collections activities across external and internal markets, following credit terms.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service to resolve payment issues.
• Maintain proactive contact with customers to confirm invoice receipt and payment status.
• Oversee reconciliation of customer accounts and accurate allocation of payments in the ERP system.
• Manage invoice disputes, reissue missing invoices, and address billing inquiries.
• Liaise with legal and external collectors to mitigate credit risk.

Required profile

• UAE National and fresh university graduate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• ERP system usage for payment allocation and reconciliation.
