Commercial and Finance Coordinator - SSSO and Club Royale

About the role

Hilton is hiring a Commercial and Finance Coordinator for its Hotels/Corporate team in Dubai, covering the SSSO and Club Royale accounts. The role secures new business opportunities to drive revenue while ensuring accurate accounting, budget tracking and timely payments across several hotels in the UAE and the Arabian Peninsula.

Key responsibilities

• Meet month-end deadlines, post invoices and expense accounts, and ensure compliance with Hilton policies
• Track department budgets and expenditures, and prepare and process payroll, records and reports
• Allocate monthly SSSO costs to multiple UAE hotels and Club Royale costs to hotels across the Arabian Peninsula
• Process invoices and payments accurately and on time, and track all payments and expenditures
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing and client communication
• Reconcile processed work, verify entries and system reports, and maintain historical records
• Prepare account analysis and monthly reports, and coordinate vendor and third-party communications
• Reconcile balance sheets for SSSO and Club Royale accounts

Required profile

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytical problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail, time management and experience working in a team

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data management, financial modelling and analysis
• Accounting and financial reporting
