Commercial Finance Analyst – Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s Finance team to support the future of snacking. As a Commercial Finance Analyst you will work under the Finance Manager, handling detailed finance work, transaction processing and data structuring while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute finance planning and performance‑management processes, including annual contract planning, forecasting, target setting and financial reporting.
• Develop financial models and provide decision‑support analysis for a defined scope (region, business unit, supply chain, etc.).
• Collect, validate and maintain data integrity, performing reconciliations and basic controls.
• Support ad‑hoc analyses and projects requested by senior finance leadership.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to a strong controls environment and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with finance peers and invest in personal and team development.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, pricing or commercial finance.
• Relevant academic background – MBA in Accounting & Finance or professional qualification (ACCA/CA).
• Strong business acumen in the consumer packaged goods or snacking market.
• Leadership, collaboration and communication skills within a finance team.
• Growth‑oriented mindset with the ability to leverage technology for operational efficiency.
• High integrity and sound judgement aligned with corporate values and regulations.
