Commercial Manager

About the role

As a Commercial Manager at KASO, you will own and drive revenue growth across your assigned territory, building deep relationships with restaurant groups and food suppliers. This is a high‑impact, field‑first role where you will lead the full commercial cycle – from prospecting and pitching to close and account expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, visit, and pitch restaurant groups and supplier accounts across your assigned territory.
• Lead platform demos and manage end‑to‑end onboarding for new restaurant and supplier partners.
• Own and grow relationships with key decision‑makers including owners, GMs, and procurement managers across the F&B sector.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets, partner acquisition goals, and retention KPIs.
• Feed market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback into product and commercial strategy.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of B2B sales or commercial experience (required).
• Background in F&B, HORECA, or food distribution (mandatory).
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding commercial targets.
• Comfortable in a field‑heavy role; self‑directed and structured in managing a busy territory.
• Genuine interest in food‑tech and the digitisation of the supply chain.
