Commercial Manager – MEP Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial performance of our MEP and construction projects in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for protecting margins, improving cash recovery and managing contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial management of assigned projects, ensuring effective cost control and margin protection.
• Oversee valuation, certification and payment processes to maximise cash flow recovery.
• Manage variations, contractual notices and claims, maintaining complete and accurate records.
• Administer subcontract procurement, contract administration and final account settlement.
• Prepare and present cost‑value analysis (CVA) and cost reporting to project teams.
• Provide commercial leadership and strategic advice to project managers, clients and contractors.

Required profile

• Significant experience in commercial management within MEP or large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong background in quantity surveying, cost management and contract administration.
• Proven ability to negotiate, resolve disputes and manage commercial risks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
