Commercial Receivables Executive

About the role

The Commercial Receivables Executive is responsible for managing the full accounts‑receivable cycle, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and strong customer relationships. This role supports cash‑flow optimisation and works closely with the operations team to secure payments and necessary certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate, record, input and process financial data with precision.
• Prepare and dispatch customer invoices according to accounting procedures.
• Collect payments within agreed terms and manage outstanding balances.
• Review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies by contacting customers.
• Maintain and update customer account records.
• Collaborate with operations to obtain certifications and secure payments.
• Track advance payments and follow credit‑approval processes.
• Generate weekly performance reports on debts and share collection plans with management.

Required profile

• Associate degree or equivalent in accounting or finance.
• Experience in accounts‑receivable management.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent time‑management, attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Valid driving licence.
