Commercial Skills Training Manager

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Commercial Skills Training Manager to lead sales enablement across EMEA, focusing on orthopaedics. The role is hybrid, based in Dubai, and will drive capability building for customer‑centric selling, negotiation and commercial excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a commercial sales skills strategy, including onboarding and continuous learning pathways.
• Develop and deliver blended curriculum covering discovery, qualification, value selling, objection handling, negotiation and account planning.
• Partner with sales leadership, marketing, HR and commercial excellence to identify capability gaps and align enablement calendars.
• Drive adoption of sales processes and tools, creating coaching guides, playbooks and reinforcement programs.
• Measure program effectiveness through KPIs such as participation, skill lift, pipeline progression and forecast accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare sales, sales training or related roles.
• Strong orthopaedics knowledge and at least 3 years of experience leading teams.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and translate business strategy into educational solutions.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
