Commis 2 – Beach House (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Beach House at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a Commis 2 to support food preparation and service across its outlets. This full‑time position offers the chance to work in a luxury resort environment surrounded by beach, desert and mountain landscapes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare mise‑en‑place for all food outlets as required.
• Follow food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain clean and hygienic work areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with events, banquets and other functions.
• Support departmental training and uphold checklists and cleaning schedules.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a team and follow personal hygiene and grooming standards.
