Commis 2 – Beach House

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commis 2 to join the Beach House outlet at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort. In this hands‑on position you will support the kitchen team in preparing and serving high‑quality dishes for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare mise‑en‑place and assist in food service across all outlets as required.
• Follow food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain clean and hygienic work areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food storage, dating, rotation and compliance with HACCP principles.
• Support events, banquets and other functions with timely food preparation.
• Assist with departmental checklists, cleaning schedules and property upkeep.
• Participate in training programmes to improve skills and service levels.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to prepare ingredients, sauces and dishes according to established recipes.
