About the role

Apt Resources is recruiting a Commis 2 to support the culinary team of a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel located on the Red Sea coast of Saudi Arabia. Working under senior chefs, you will help deliver high‑quality dining experiences in a fast‑paced, upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to hotel standards and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
• Ensure all food preparation complies with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to guarantee smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
• Follow chefs’ instructions and contribute to consistent food quality.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Commis 2 in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining restaurant is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
