Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Commis 2 (Pool & Bar) you will prepare tasty food items while delivering memorable experiences that brighten guests’ stays.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare high‑quality dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Manage guest orders efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, and conduct quality control and inventory checks.
- Inspect plates before service to guarantee presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitary workspace following food‑handling and safety protocols.
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
