Commis 3 – Kitchen Assistant at Mina's Kitchen

About the role

The Commis 3 supports the kitchen team at Mina's Kitchen in Dubai Marina, preparing ingredients, cooking dishes and maintaining a clean work environment. This full‑time position is ideal for someone with a passion for food preparation and a desire to grow within a leading hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, peeling and storing fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh, measure, mix and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers safely and efficiently.
• Monitor food quality during preparation and test cooked items for doneness.
• Set up and break down work stations, clean and disinfect kitchen areas, tools and equipment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related food‑preparation or kitchen experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 25 lb throughout the shift.
