Key responsibilities

• Support smooth operation of the kitchen department and guest dining throughout the hotel.
• Work collaboratively to maximize guest satisfaction and respond promptly to enquiries and issues.
• Carry out assigned duties professionally and on time, contributing to departmental plans and objectives.
• Assist in controlling costs and inventory while maintaining productivity and performance levels.
• Promote company culture and values, building effective working relationships.

Required profile

• Experience working in a kitchen environment.
