Key responsibilities

• Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, and conduct quality control and inventory checks.
• Inspect and finalize plates to meet presentation and quality standards before service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols.
• Prepare requisitions and manage inventory needs for supplies and food items.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
