About the role
Join the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah team as a Commis II for the Pool & Beach area, where you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests enjoying the resort’s beachfront facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring high‑quality dishes are served.
- Manage guest orders efficiently, delivering a positive dining experience.
- Execute complex recipes, maintain knowledge of menu offerings, and oversee station quality control.
- Inspect plates before service to guarantee presentation and quality standards.
- Keep food service stations stocked, sanitary, and organized while following food safety and storage protocols.
- Prepare requisitions and manage inventory of supplies and food items as needed.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering hospitality and creating a warm guest experience.
- Integrity, teamwork, leadership, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work with urgency and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
