Commis Waiter/Waitress – STAY Restaurant

About the role

One&Only Resorts is seeking an enthusiastic Commis Waiter or Waitress to join the STAY Restaurant team at One&Only The Palm, Dubai. This entry‑level position supports the Restaurant Manager in delivering seamless, high‑quality service to guests in a chic, beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all mise‑en‑place before service begins.
• Serve food and beverage orders promptly, adhering to resort time standards.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings.
• Assist in setting up and arranging restaurant and bar equipment to reflect the resort’s image.
• Support the service team by delegating tasks and ensuring completion.
• Stay informed about guest arrivals, departures, and daily events to anticipate needs.
• Report any breakages or equipment issues to the appropriate department.
