Community Management Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Manager – Community Management will lead the overall operations and resident experience for assigned communities within Dubai Holding Community Management. This position ensures that community rules are applied, services are delivered efficiently, and a positive living environment is cultivated for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and administration of assigned communities, maintaining high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
• Manage service providers and contractors, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements for landscaping, cleaning, pest control, and security.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor community assets and service quality, addressing issues promptly.
• Act as the primary point of contact for residents, handling inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Foster strong resident relationships and encourage participation in community activities.
• Prepare community budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial discipline and transparency.
• Ensure timely collection of service charges and manage operational expenses.
