Community Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager who is fluent in Arabic and English to lead resident engagement for a premium residential building in Dubai. The role is with a sister company of a well‑known real‑estate group, offering the chance to shape a vibrant, inclusive community while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, handling inquiries, complaints and feedback with professionalism.
• Ensure full compliance with RERA, Dubai Municipality and other UAE legal requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance, security and housekeeping teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and functionality.
• Organise building inspections, health‑and‑safety checks and manage fire safety, pest control and elevator licensing.
• Oversee move‑in and move‑out processes, including documentation, inspections and access logistics.
• Maintain accurate resident records, lease information and incident reports while respecting data privacy.
• Support leasing and renewal initiatives by fostering high resident satisfaction and low turnover.
• Implement and enforce building policies, house rules and community guidelines consistently.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of community or property management experience in Dubai or the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• RERA certification or equivalent training (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE tenancy laws and RERA regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software and standard communication tools.
