Community Manager – French Speaker

About the role

FINCUT, a fast‑growing French menswear brand, is looking for a French‑speaking Community Manager to lead its international social media and influencer strategy. You will shape the brand’s visibility, engagement and virality across key platforms while collaborating closely with Creative, E‑commerce and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the editorial calendar for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Identify high‑potential formats and trends, turning them into actionable content plans.
• Oversee photo, video and UGC production in partnership with the creative team.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, virality) and continuously refine strategy.
• Grow and animate communities in all markets, handling moderation and daily engagement.
• Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with micro‑ and macro‑influencers and ambassadors across France, Germany, Spain, Italy and future markets.
• Lead whitelisting campaigns, creator collaborations and report on partnership ROI.

Required profile

• Fluent French (native or bilingual) and professional English.
• 2–5 years of experience in community management, social media or influencer marketing, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
• Strong understanding of virality codes and engagement mechanics on TikTok and Instagram.
• Creative, internet‑savvy, and able to negotiate with external creators.
• Autonomous, rigorous in campaign tracking and reporting.
• International community‑management experience is a plus.
