About the role
Binghatti is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of its residential communities in Dubai. The role focuses on enhancing resident satisfaction, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the brand’s high‑end real‑estate portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of assigned residential communities.
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to boost resident satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary contact for residents, owners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and improve service standards, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with facilities, security, maintenance, and external service providers.
- Oversee community budgets, service charge matters, and operational expenditures.
- Manage contractor performance and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Address escalated resident concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Organise community events, initiatives, and communication campaigns.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in community or property management, preferably with a large‑scale developer.
- Proven experience managing high‑end residential or mixed‑use developments.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
- Excellent financial and budget management capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with property/community management software.
