Real Estate Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Real Estate Recruiter to join La Capitale Real Estate in Dubai. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of brokers and agents, driving the hiring process, and supporting our growth in the competitive real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Hire at least 2 candidates per week, targeting 8 hires per month.
• Maintain an active recruitment pipeline and keep it continuously refreshed.
• Identify and engage potential brokers on LinkedIn before they express interest.
• Convince agents to switch companies through informal coffee or beer meetings.
• Send professional follow‑up communications and manage candidate relationships.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience in Dubai, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
• Thick skin, fast response times and a positive, high‑energy attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Strong networking skills on LinkedIn and ability to spot talent quickly.
