Community Manager – Luxury Residential Asset Management

About the role

The Community Manager will lead the strategic and operational management of a high‑end residential community, ensuring an exceptional resident experience while protecting the community’s reputation and asset value. Reporting to the landlord, the role combines hospitality‑led service standards with rigorous asset and financial oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a community management strategy aligned with landlord objectives and resident expectations.
• Act as the senior point of contact for residents, delivering personalized, hospitality‑focused service.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations including facilities, landscaping, security and service provider performance.
• Manage budget, CAPEX planning and financial reporting for the community.
• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance, refurbishment projects and quality inspections for luxury villas and shared assets.
• Drive resident engagement through communication channels, events and lifestyle programmes.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve community services, resident retention and overall loyalty.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing luxury residential communities, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong background in hospitality‑led service delivery and resident experience management.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic community plans and operational models.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of liaising with landlords, service partners and high‑net‑worth residents.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, CAPEX planning and financial controls.
