Community Partnerships Manager – Web3 Gaming

About the role

We are seeking a Community Partnerships Manager to drive the growth of our Web3 gaming ecosystem. Working directly with the founders from our Dubai headquarters, you will build and nurture strategic relationships with community leaders, affiliates, and gaming networks across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage influential community leaders, affiliate partners, entrepreneurs, and gaming networks worldwide.
• Develop and manage long‑term partnerships that support sustainable community expansion.
• Onboard high‑potential leaders, organize presentations, networking sessions, workshops and partner meetings both onsite and virtually.
• Collaborate with founders to launch and scale communities in new regions.
• Maintain ongoing support for partners to maximise engagement and long‑term success.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations and product teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Track partnership performance, community growth and key business metrics.

• Willingness to represent the company at events, meetings and conferences.
